| Description | The scope of the project includes removal and disposal of the existing windows and provision and full installation of the replacement units including restoration and refinishing of any surfaces disturbed during the work. Bidders are required to include with their bid a bid bond or Cashiers check in the amount of no less than 5% of the total lump sum bid as bid security. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid.
