With the exception of sitework and a few changes to the plans that have been bubbled, if you bid this project with the last set that was distributed 9/22 or later, you just need to update your material and DB Prevailing Wage pricing and resubmit your bid. This is the same set for the building with some minors changes. The sitework has changed and will need to be bid starting from scratch. It is VERY important to ownership and the development team that we meet or surpass all MBE and WBE requirements for this project. We are fully committed to achieving this goal.
