Snow Removal from County Roads in Franklin Twp, South Bound Brook Boro, Branchburg Twp, Bridgewater Twp, and Bedminster Twp Primary and Secondary Contract for Section 1 Secondary Contract for Section 2 & 3 Contract. During the bid opening process, the bidders will be announced as well as bid amounts. Also, the bid tabulation will be posted, as always, to the Purchasing webpage once available. Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the County website, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. The County reserves the right to postpone the date for presentation and opening of bids and will give written notice of any such postponement to each perspective bidder as required by law. Sealed bids forwarded to the owner before the time of opening of bids may be withdrawn upon written application of the bidder who shall be required to produce evidence showing that the individual is or represents the principal or principals involved in the bid. Once bids have been opened, they shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
