The U.S. Air Force, 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB), has been tasked to identify potential sources, market capabilities and market conditions that has the capability to fulfill a requirement at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The requirement is as follows: The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, parts, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide and install additional security measures to create a "SCIF in a box" type environment at 319 Communication Squadron Grand Forks AFB, ND. The North American Industry Classification System is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmith). The purpose of this source sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of members of both the Small Business Community, to include Section 8(a), Historically Underutilizes Business Zones (HUBZone), Service Disabled Veterans-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business's (EDWOSB) to compete for this requirement. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis.
