Bidders are responsible for any subscription, downloading, reproduction or mailing costs. All bid questions shall be sent to bidquestions@gisy.com No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. Evidence of authority to submit the bid shall be required in accordance with LA. R.S. 38:2212 (B) (2), (5) and/or LA. R.S. 39:1594 (C).The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause as permitted by LA. R.S. 38:2214 (B). The ability of an entity to reject any bid is applicable only when administered in accordance with the Public Bid Law. In accordance with LA. R.S. 38:2212 (B) (1), the provisions and requirements of this section, and those stated in the Bidding Documents shall not be waived by any public entity.
