The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of certain sections of State Highways In Clearfield And Centre Counties, Burnside Township And Benner Township, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, State Route 0879, Section p34. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 0879 from Segment 0800/Offset 0908 to Segment 0800/Offset 1188 in Clearfield County and from Segment 0010/Offset 0000 to Segment 0010/Offset 0706 in Centre County over West Branch of Susquehanna River. On State Route 0099 from Segment 0751/Offset 1291 to Segment 0755/Offset 2500 in Centre County over T-361 and Tributary to Spring Creek.
