Design and Construction of a Monitor Steel Frame Barn Building at the George A. Ingalls Event Center

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of design (construction plans and documents) for submittal to the Building and Safety Division of the Planning Department to secure City building permits, and the construction of the building including but not limited to PCC foundation and slab structural steel frameworks, steel roof and side panels electrical, plumbing, storm drain improvements, sewer improvements, masonry restrooms and storage facilities and all appurtenant related work to the satisfaction and acceptance of the City Engineer, Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services and the Building Official. Preliminary civil and electrical plans are provided in these specifications.
