The project shall commence on-site work on June 2, 2023, and shall be substantially complete by August 30, 2023. Final completion shall be achieved within 30 days from substantial completion. Please note any exception to this timeline. Any questions about the process outlined above should be directed to Dave Erickson at david.erickson@wayne.k12.in.us. Work consists of but is not limited to furnishing all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to complete scope of work as indicated in the Contract Documents. The Owner has already purchased the playground equipment direct. The Contractor must receive the equipment and install it complete. Poured in place scope is to be provided and installed by the contractor complete and is NOT being provided by Others.
