Description

The City of Hendersonville (city), Tennessee, is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All questions received after said date will not be considered. If questions are received the city will post one addendum on the city website by 11:00 p.m. CST January 13, 2023. The City of Hendersonville, Tennessee, is interested in developing additional athletic facilities for recreational play. The city's Parks Department conducted a survey to determine what additional amenities the city residents desired. Indoor tennis, pickleball, greenways, amphitheater, turf soccer fields and a community center ranked in the top 10, most desired additional facilities. The city owns undeveloped land surrounding Volunteer Park, see Exhibit A & Exhibit B. Said land can be used to develop additional facilities. The city is seeking proposals from interested parties on developing, and/or operating, and/or maintaining said facilities. The city does not have a defined criteria for the proposal, but desires to enhance the recreational amenities for the residents of the city and hopes that this RFP will present an opportunity to partner for said amenities.
