Work includes the construction of drive approaches, driveway tie-ins, asphalt tie-ins, and landscape restoration per the attached documents. Bonding Range: $400,000 to $450,000. All contractors intending to submit a bid are invited to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, scope of work, etc. may be discussed. County assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to bidders who do not attend. Absent bidders assume all risk of failure to attend.
