Description

Construction Manager At-Risk ("CMAR") for construction of the SCTAC Durability Track. The project will consist of a 77,000 square-feet heavy duty concrete automotive test track facility. The SCTAC Durability Track concrete will have specific profiles and construction requirements to satisfy automotive vehicle test requirements. Construction will include grading, stormwater, erosion control, landscaping, and the aforementioned pavement.
