Description

Construction of a new headworks building addition, installation of new headworks equipment including but not limited to influent flow measurement equipment, mechanical fine screen and manual bypass, grit removal and grit pumping, grit classification, and flow equalization. Converting the existing activated sludge treatment train to an Integrated Fixed Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) train, including but not limited to, clarifier tank rehabilitation and associated modifications to process piping, and structural modifications within the existing building. Installation of ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system and modifications to existing UV channel. Work shall include installation of all electrical wiring, motor control centers, programmable logic controllers, all process piping, and completion of all associated site worked related to improvements.
