| Description | This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to select up to two (2) vendors to provide environmental site assessments of real property being acquired as part of the New York City's Land Acquisition Program ("LAP"). The LAP is an ongoing and critical component of the City's watershed protection program, and is being conducted in accordance with requirements of the 2017 Filtration Avoidance Determination issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
