Description

Construction of Mission Park Trail The Project consists of furnishing labor and equipment for the installation of approximately 1 mile of recreation trail and parking area for Mission Park. The project is located on the Northwest corner of Mission Avenue and W. 1st street. ALTERNATE #1 1. City shall furnish concrete. 2. Concrete shall be reinforced with elevated %" rebar on 2' centers. 3. Concrete shall be saw cut every 8'. 4. Concrete shall have a light broom finish. ALTERNATE #2 1. City shall furnish Asphalt 2. 2" asphalt shall match the finished grade of the 8"x6" thickened edge. *Bidders shall visit site and acquaint themselves with site conditions before bidding. Bidders may make their own investigations to satisfy themselves with site conditions. Completion- 75 calendar days
