Escambia County Boiler PM

Annual preventive maintenance and efficiency check/calibration of 14ea hydronic boiler located in various buildings within Escambia County Florida. This work is to also include proposals for any necessary repairs that pose an immediate safety concern. Remove and clean burners. Remove and clean pilot assembly and flame rectifier. Clean heat exchanger. Re-install boiler components. Start-up boiler. Check and adjust manifold gas pressure. Check limit and safety controls. Adjust for safe and proper operation, according to the boiler manufacturer’s specifications. Any safeties found to be “bypassed” must be reconnected and functional. Check make-up water system for proper operation. Check and repair all indicator lights to insure they are fully operational. Check/clean blowers/fans if applicable. Conduct combustion test at full fire. Adjust for proper operation and efficiency. Check the operation of the safety pressure relief valve. Remove all maintenance debris and tools from site. Clean work area. Prepare basic report of service performed on each boiler (CO 2, CO, W.C. gas pressure, building supply water temperatures and stack temperature) Remove and clean burners. Remove and clean pilot assembly and flame rectifier. Clean heat exchanger. Re-install boiler components. Start-up boiler. Check and adjust manifold gas pressure.
