Grounds Maintenance - Region 2

OVERVIEW The Columbus Metropolitan Library is seeking competitive Proposals for Grounds Maintenance, Fertilization, and Aeration for Region 2 as defined below. SCOPE OF WORK The Proposer is responsible for all requirements as provided in this RFP and attached Project documents. DIVERSITY Because the Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) serves a diverse central Ohio population, CML has a strong preference for professional service providers to propose teams made up of MBE/DBE/WBE and/or EDGE certified staff to provide CML with a diverse professional staff representative of the central Ohio region in which they will be working and of the customers that CML serves every day. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. All questions or requests for clarifications should be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m., seven (7) days prior to the proposals due date to procurement@columbuslibrary.org. All questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the CML portal. The Proposer ("Proposer") declares to have read and understood and agrees to be bound by all the instructions, terms, conditions and specifications of this RFP and agrees to fulfill the requirements of any contract ("Contract") for which it is selected to provide the specified services at the prices proposed. The Proposer certifies, by signature affixed to this Request for Proposal Cover Sheet, that the information provided by it in response to the RFP, including certified statements, is accurate and complete.
