Office Cleaning

We hereby submit estimates for the following WEEKLY cleaning services of the offices of West Pikeland Township, 1645 Art School Road, Chester Springs Pa to include the following areas: Police Department offices, Township Administration office, lobby, conference room, upstairs restroom, stairs, meeting room, meeting room hallway and meeting room restroom o Cleaning supplies to perform these services will be supplied by service provider o The terms of this Agreement will take effect the week of September 26, 2022 and be in effect for one (1) calendar year. o This agreement will not renew at the end of its term. o In the event this proposal proves unsatisfactory by either party, it may be terminated with 30 days written notice by either party
