Arlington CSD - Reconstruction to Overlook Primary School - General GC - 1 Board of Education, Arlington Central School District (hereinafter called Owner), for the Reconstruction to Overlook Primary School - Geothermal Heat Pump. Separate Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: Electrical EC-1 As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner will not waive informalities which would give one Bidder substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all affected Bidders. Bids may not be withdrawn before 45 days following the Bid opening thereof, unless an error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
