| Description | This project consists of the removal of all hazardous materials from the buildings and site. This hazmat material will be removed according to all safety and health federal, state and local guidelines/regulations and disposed of in a legal manner at a legal dump site for hazardous materials. There is also the demolition of the two (2) buildings, outdoor overhead structure, all vertical elements, and all horizontal surfaces to include, but not limited to parking area(s), sidewalks, plazas, steps, rubberized asphalt play surfaces, etc. The contractor will then remove all foundations to two (2) feet below finished grade and cap all site utilities at the property line/public right-of-way. |
