| Description | The facility is a single athletic area consisting of eight (8) tennis courts. The project scope includes demolition of existing tennis courts, including asphalt, fencing and accessories. Installation of six (6) new asphalt courts, a new concrete plaza, fencing and accessories. Installation of a new sidewalk, entry structure, two (2) 20X20 shade structures and a Sports Lighting package meeting GHSA standards. It is the intent of the BCSD to have a state-of-the-art Tennis Center with sustainable design. Program development services for this project shall begin immediately upon acceptance of this proposal and construction may begin following program development. |
