Wastewater Air Release Valves Maintenance

Furnish all materials, labor, supervision, mobilization, machinery, supplies, tools, maintenance of traffic, worksite safety measures, overhead/indirect expenses, profit and all other incidentals necessary to perform maintenance of Wastewater Air Release Valves (ARV) at various locations in the CITY of Weston. Each ARV must be cleaned, tested and put back into service. The ARV’s must be disassembled; cleaned to remove accumulated grease and debris; reassembled; and put back into service. Contractor shall have self-contained vacuum unit or equivalent equipment to perform such work. The ARV’s are cleaned on an annual basis, or more frequently if needed. The term for this bid shall be for three (3) years with two optional three (3) year renewal terms by mutual consent, in writing, prior to the expiration of the current term. The quoted rates shall be adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Work shall be performed in accordance with Summary of Work stated herein. A minimum of 5-years experience performing similar maintenance work is required. OSHA Certification for Construction Confined Space Entry is required.
