Aries Gonzalez Child Center Storage Building

**As of March 17, 2023 project has is on hold. Prevailing wage rates shall apply to this Project. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent bidding and contract documents including Contractor qualifications as specified in said documents. Background 1. The intent of this project is to construct a new 960 sf, storage building for the East Aurora School District. The structure is slab on grab frame-built structure with three overhead doors and is constructed on the Northeast side of the existing Aries Gonzalez Child Center property. C. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Perform and complete all work as required by and in accordance with the conditions of contract, drawings, specifications, and specifics below. The Scope of Work includes: furnishing all supervision, insurance, fees, permits, bonds, labor, material, equipment, tools, utility services coordination, testing, called inspections, facilities and services necessary, inherent or incidental to perform the installation of the work as summarized below and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, schedules and other Contract Documents.
