Description

The contractor shall inspect clean and maintain all exhaust systems to meet the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). The minimum cleaning frequencies are established in this document. The contractor shall inspect, and clean hoods and ducts systems listed in Technical Exhibit A in accordance with (IAW) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard 96, International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA), and other local, state, and federal rules and procedures. After the contract award, the contractor and the AGR shall review the current inspection, and testing status of all hood, duct, and exhaust systems included in this contract. The contractor shall submit a planned work schedule to the government representative for approval no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after award of contract per each option period. The contractor shall submit a documented report to the AGR and Fire Department on all hood, duct, and exhaust system's inspection, test or maintenance work, noting discrepancies, system impairments and preventive or corrective maintenance performed, within five (5) calendar days after inspection.
