Airline - Lambert Well No. 2

This contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials , transportation , and services for the construct ion and /o r installation of all improvements shown on the technical specifications, including, but not limited to the following: 1.On-Site Improvement Plans for AIRLINE - LAMBERT WELL NO. 2, Marana Water, Arizona. Technical questions received prior to the Pre-Bid Conference and during the Pre-Bid Conference will be answered at said conference. An Addendum of Addenda will be issued on the technical questions received in writing, and/or raised during the Pre-Bid Conference, if the Owner or engineer of record are of the opinion that a formal addendum is required to fully answer the question or questions raised. If an addendum is deemed necessary it will be posted online to the FTP site (see above) by no later than the end of business day Monday, May 30, 2022. The successful bidder will be required to execute the D.R. HORTON, INC. Contract and respective Addenda for construction within ten (10) days after formal Notice of Contact Award. Failure by bidder to properly execute the Contract and provide the required certification as specified shall be considered a breach of Contract by bidder . D.R. HORTON, INC. shall be free to terminate the Contract or, at option, release the successful bidder. Successful Bidder shall name D.R. HORTON, INC. as obli gee on both the Payment and Performance Bonds and nam e the Town of Marana as an additional obli gee on the Performance Bond using a Dual Obligee Rider form. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereto , to waive any informalities in any proposal and reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful to any contract with D.R. HORTON, INC.; Town of Marana or Saguaro Springs Community Facilities District No. 1.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
