Description

The project scope includes the new construction of age restricted units on 2.6 acres on the northside of the Pike and northeast of Valley Lane. Scope details have not been released. As of April 10, 2023 the project is in early planning stage. A formal planning application has not been submitted to Howard County. A pre-submission community meeting was held on August 30, 2022. Information regarding the architect and general contractor has not been disclosed. A firm timeline has not been announced, however, construction is unlikely to begin prior to first quarter of 2024.
