Description

The Objective of this RFP (request for proposals) is for the Utah Communications Authority (UCA) to evaluate and select a Statewide Network Management System (SNMS) to replace and consolidate all existing alarm monitoring and performance monitoring systems. It is the intent of UCA to use this system to monitor the above listed network elements (NE) and their alarm status, network performance, and to automatically notify UCA personnel via text and e-mail of alarm and network events determined to be of significance.
