Kliever Armory Clean and Seal

This project is for the complete cleaning and sealing of all exterior components of the building, and includes repairs to the EIFS, brick and mortar, and complete removal and replacement of all sealants, caulking and other exterior building elements The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $120K to $150K This project is for the complete cleaning and sealing of all exterior components of the building, and includes repairs to the EIFS, brick and mortar, and complete removal and replacement of all sealants, caulking and other exterior building elements, to preserve the building exterior and maintain a complete and waterproof building exterior. This project also includes the cleaning and repaint parking lot striping, wayfinding, and other existing site features to provide like-new look for the site and public parking areas The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for Kliever Armory Clean and Seal for the benefit of Oregon Military Department (OMD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the ITB and Contract Documents.
