Storage Building and Concrete Pad

Scope: Contractor will be responsible for constructing a metal storage building on a concrete pad. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work required under this contract. Construction will be as follows: Construct a 30-foot by 40-foot by 10-foot 12-gauge steel metal storage building on a concrete pad. Color of metal to be gray. Install an A-frame roof that is insulated on the inside. Roof must have 140 MPH wind capacity. Color of roof to be royal blue. Install a 34” x 72” standard walk-in door and a 10’ x 10’ roll-up door at the end of the building. Install 50-amp service that consists of nine (9) outlets and LED lighting inside the building. Install one (1) hose bib on the exterior of the building and one (1) hose bib on the interior of the building. All trim work shall be white.
