Description

Installing a nominal 106,000 gallon concrete water reservoir, booster station, and appurtenances, pressure reducing station, and improvements to three (3) well sites. Location North of Lacey, Thurston County, WA. The scope of work involves improvements necessary to consolidate the following water systems into a single water system: Hawley Hills-686 (HH), Marvin Gardens-688 (MG), Deerfield Park-681 (DP), and Deerfield Park 2-682 (DP2), hereafter referred to in abbreviated form. The consolidated system will consist of two pressure zones with two well locations in each zone, consisting of the sites of the former four individual water systems. Improvements are required at all four locations and at the upper to lower pressure zone interface; however the most significant improvements are located at the former HH site.
