U.S.Postal Service Driftwood TX, MPO Building/Parking Expansion

The U.S. Postal Service plans to issue a Fixed Price Contract to complete a Building/Parking Expansion Project at the Driftwood, TX Main Post Office, located at 100 Elder Hill Rd, Driftwood, TX, 78619. All work will be done in accordance with USPS approved specifications and drawings. The estimated cost range of the project is $750,000.00 to $1,00,000.00 with construction completion within 240 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Contractors must submit a Qualification/Evaluation Package with their price proposal. Only the most qualified contractors will be considered. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Kimberly S. As of November 15, 2022, the Owner has issued an Intent to Award. A construction timeline has not been confirmed. As of December 6, 2022, this project is now under construction.
