Description

The Work consists of construction and building renovation of an unoccupied and deteriorated 1,467 square foot 1-story residential wooden structure. The Work includes both interior and exterior improvements so the existing Springfield School structure can once again be used for public use and meets current building code standards. The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, interior and exterior architectural improvements and structure upgrades, new mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing and architectural work. The project is located at Pouncey Tract Park, 4747 Pouncey Tract Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059.
