The contract will be awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on July 21st, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, removal of existing 8 foot fence and replacement with new 8 foot cedar fence, in accordance with the specifications dated June 24th, 2022 and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. 4. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). 5. BID PACKET AVAILABLITY Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available via email after 10:00 AM on June 28th, 2022 from ejakubowski@ crystallakeparks.org. 6. REJECTION OF BIDS The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
