Description

The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in partnership with Maryland State Parks and the Department of Natural Resources. MES is seeking up to 1 qualified contractor to procure and install solar panels on the roofs of facilities at Sandy Point State Park. This is the continuation of a project in conjunction with Maryland Energy Administration that has already identified the buildings best suited for solar installations.
