Solar PV Installations

In addition to the information contained in the Request for Proposal, a mandatory pre-proposal meeting for new bidders will be held on March 2nd, 2023 at 10:00am. LCC is requesting that Respondents propose solar energy systems for each of the three facility sites that are designed to be economically viable and that maximize LCCs returns on investment; All Respondents shall report system performance, for each facility site, in terms of kilowatt-hours(kWh) of electricity generated annually over the systems' lifetimes and in the number of kilowatts (kW), AC and DC, of installed solar capacity. For each facility site, the proposed installed PV Size AC should not exceed the size listed below, to avoid selling net energy to the utility on an annual basis, meeting net metering terms and conditions. This will allow for LCCs review of all proposals to be efficient. To further improve the accuracy of the comparison process, respondents shall use the same PVWatts/kWatts methods or tools to estimate system output.
