Description

The work for this project includes interior and exterior renovations of threeexisting buildings, two of which have conservation easement restraints on the exterior of the structures, as well as construction of a new restroom/pavilion building, a new prefabricated/modular maintenance building, boardwalks, fencing, a paved vehicular entry and deceleration/turning lane on Old Towne Road, parking lots, concrete sidewalks and paths, pervious granite pathways, demonstration gardens, detailed landscape areas, signage/wayfinding, amphitheater, playground, grading, installation of water and sewer services, IT infrastructure, and the reconstruction of an existing impoundment.
