Reroof of Columbus High School (ESSER) The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Project Scope: a. Project includes complete reroofing down to deck at Columbus High School. b. Base Bid scope consists (but not limited) to the following at each campus: i. Removal of existing SBS/BUR and EPDM roofing systems (membrane, insulation, coverboard, etc.) over cementitious deck and metal deck. ii. Removal of all edge metal, coping, gutters, downspouts, etc. iii. Removal of mechanical unit curbs only where indicated on drawings. iv. New hybrid PVC roofing system (SBS base sheet, PVC membrane, insulation (rigid and tapered), coverboard, preformed flashings, etc.). v. New ASNI/SPRI ES-1 metal edge and/or coping system, expansion joints, gutters, downspouts, counterflashing, etc. vi. New rooftop ladders vii. Associated Mechanical and Electrical work c. Approximate square footage: i. Cementitious (SBS/BUR): 111,455 sf ii. Metal Deck (EPDM): 110,780 sf iii. Metal Roof (Overlay): 2,174 sf iv.
