Electrical Parts and Services All proposals shall contain the M/WBE Compliance Guidelines and Forms at the time of proposal opening. Bidders/proposers who will subcontract out portions of the work will be required to submit a signed Letter of Intent to Subcontract. Failure to complete and sign the M/WBE Compliance Guidelines and Forms will result in Offeror receiving zero (0) points for the M/WBE Criteria. The M/WBE Department reserves the right to contact proposers for additional information/clarification after the proposal opening. Any questions regarding the M/WBE documentation should be directed to the M/WBE Office at 972-925-4140. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
