Description

The City of Yakima is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional engineering design and preparing any needed environmental documentation for the Nob Hill and Fair Avenue intersection improvement project. Project has been surveyed and design is substantially complete. Work will include preparing roadway final plans and specifications from the data provided and completing the signalization design, plans and specifications. The City of Yakima may, at their discretion, add construction engineering and management services as a part of this contract. These improvements are intended to be constructed in 2023. SOQs shall be limited to twenty (20) pages and shall include the following information: key personnel, firm experience with PS&E, familiarity with the City of Yakima and/or other similar municipalities, familiarity with WSDOT standards, signalized intersection design experience, experience with federally funded projects, experience with construction management, observation and administration services and past performance/references. Please submit three (3) copies of the Statement of Qualifications. Statement of Qualifications will be evaluated on a competitive basis using the above criteria. The City will score the received Statement of Qualifications and may conduct interviews.'
