Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), licenses, certifications and/or permits, and bond(s) necessary to provide cleaning, removal, transport and disposal of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM), Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM), Presumed Asbestos Containing Material (PACM) and Asbestos Containing Construction Material (ACCM), Lead-Based Paint (LBP), Lead-Containing Paint (LCP), and Mold Contaminated Containing Materials (MCCM) services specified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), at the following Institution: California Institution for Women (CIW) 16756 Chino-Corona Road Corona, CA 92878 The Contractor shall be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Institution. Work shall include, but not be limited to, floor tiles and mastic, roofing materials, thermal insulation, fireproofing, ceiling coatings and textures, wall interior and exterior surfaces, plumbing fixtures, windowsills and frames, doors and frames, exterior surfaces including walkways, curbs, and paving. CDCR is committed to meeting and exceeding the 3 percent goal for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation in State contracting activities, set forth in Military and Veterans Code 999. Letters of Inquiry November 18, 2022 Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services Upon Approval Termination of Agreement June 30, 2025 Bidders security of bid bond, cash, cashiers check or certified check in the amount of at least 10 percent of the base bid must accompany this proposal. If bid bond is used as security, it is to be executed on the appropriate form attached to this proposal. The bond must be executed by an admitted surety insurer. |
