Exterior, Interior Painting and Wallpaper Services

The intent of this solicitation is to procure qualified Suppliers with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in painting of various interior and/or exterior surfaces/finishes and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in wallpaper removal and installation. It is the intention of the District to award this BID/Contract to the lowest; most responsive and responsible qualified Supplier(s) based on the type of services requested which is broken out by Bid Form. Payment for services described herein shall be inclusive and final with no additional cost to the District. All services required to be performed will be requested on an “as needed” basis by The District. The six (6) Bid Forms to be completed have been broken out by Three (3) Parts (including multiple surface categories for painting services and three (3) wallpaper service categories): 1) Exterior Painting, 2) Interior Painting, and 3) Wallpaper Services. Please complete each section accordingly utilizing the Excel Price Entry Tabs to input your unit pricing which will auto populate into the Bid Forms. All six (6) Excel Forms must be completed, signed and submitted with your packet. Please list “no bid” on any Form you do not wish to supply an offering
