Project to consist of the renovation of 17,243 square foot portion of a 150,024 square foot building. The general scope of work will consist of exterior surfaces: clean, prep and Paint, interior walls: clean, prep, and paint, pharmacy: paint fix and clean existing pharmacy, garden center: paint and clean, restrooms: new family restroom, break room: revised per plans, customer service: remodel per plans, add pickup and pickup storage, floor tile: repair/replace per plans, grocery: place self-contained deli cases, revise deli layout and remove ogp per plans, entry vestibule: clean and paint, roof: replace exhaust fans on existing curbs, new exhaust fan on new curb, signage: install/replace exterior signs per plans, review current pickup sign location and evaluate need for relocation, online pickup: place pickup storage in location per plans, auto center: refurbish per plans, vision center: add per plans, money center: add per plans, mothers room: add per plans. The owner has determined a list of select general contractors to bid on this project. * *The Editorial Content Team is in the process of confirming all invited GC bidders. *Due to the direct relationship with Walmart, the only project contacts are the general contractors invited to bid. At this time Walmart works with a select group of pre-approved general contractors. Walmart is not accepting new general contractor qualifications at this time. *At this time, one GC firm has been invited to bid the project. The bid list for this project is complete from the owner.
