Description

The project involves performing the maintenance, repair and emergency response services for CVWD's medium voltage electrical equipment, including but not limited to, switchgear, switchboards, motor control equipment, distribution and transformers at CVWD's Mid-Valley Pump Station (MVPS) and Water Reclamation Plant No. 7 (WRP-7). All services shall be on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis, initiated solely by CVWD, and in accordance with the recommended manufacturer's procedures. Within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award, the successful Respondent must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance and endorsement forms proving coverage as specified in the attached agreement and execute a written agreement with CVWD. The Successful Respondent shall submit a payment and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement.
