Description | This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S8D22Q0016 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking repairs to multiple overhead doors at our facility in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0001 Repair Multiple Overhead Doors The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Wage Determination No. 2015-4159, Revision 20 dated 06/27/2022 applies to this procurement. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM EST, 24 August 2022. All interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. 1.1 Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform repairs to overhead doors in Hangar 100 and building 104 as outlined in this Performance Work Statement. 1.2 Background: Several work orders have been submitted the 105 CES in regards to overhead doors in need of repair and or replacement. 1.3 Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance will be 15 Days - scheduled at time of award. |
