The following contractors were pre-qualified in Step 1 of this procurement. Only these contractors may bid on the project. Gerber Construction Restruction Corporation A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to The University of Utah, must be procured and submitted to the University of Utah within 24 hours after the bid due time. The bid bond may be scanned and submitted electronically at the time of the bid. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
