No timeline of award was established** Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide all permits, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and all other services necessary to properly repair, clean, prime and recoat three polyurethane foam roof systems, located at 333 E. Barioni Boulevard, Imperial, CA, as detailed in this solicitation. Prospective respondents must be present at the start of the mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk will not be credited with attending. Responses will not be accepted from respondents not attending the mandatory conference call and mandatory job walk. Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, May 31, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website www.iid.com, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, June 2, 2022. A bond posted or other security submitted with the notice of protest must be in an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) Twenty-five (25) percent of the total value of the solicitation submitted by the person filing the notice of protest; or (ii) Five thousand dollars ($5,000). This is a Primary Request for Proposal only; it is not a contract. IID is not committed to pay any costs incurred with your reply to this request or solicitation of our business. IID expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, or any portion thereof, and to waive any informality in responses received.
