A timeline for award has not yet been established.** PN-43892-031 Bid Bond 5.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 06/01/2022 4:00 PM (EDT) The Work to be done under this Contract entails construction of the rehabilitation of gravity sanitary sewer collection systems components located in the Nassau-Amelia Utility (NAU), Nassau County, Florida. The project is located within the following communities: 1) Florence Point 2) Seam Marsh 3) Marsh Creek 4) Sparkleberry 5) Beachwood The project involves the rehabilitation of gravity sanitary sewers and manholes, including all materials, labor, and ancillary work necessary to rehabilitate the specified components. The rehabilitation includes spot repairs utilizing chemical pressure grouting, spot repairs involving excavation and partial replacement of gravity pipes, in-situ lining of sewers utilizing cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP), and coating rehabilitation of manholes. System components to be rehabilitated are shown in EXHIBITS of these Contract Documents. The Work includes: 1) Furnishing of all labor, material, superintendence, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, mobilization, demobilization, services and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work. 2) Sole responsibility for installation and performance of installation of rehabilitation systems and new components. 3) Maintaining the Work area and site in a clean and acceptable manner. 4) Identifying and maintaining existing facilities in service at all times except where specifically provided for otherwise herein. 5) Protection of finished and unfinished Work. 6) Repair and restoration of Work damaged during construction. 7) Furnishing proper equipment and machinery, of a sufficient capacity, to facilitate the Work and to handle all emergencies normally encountered in Work of this character. 8) Providing Pre-Installation and Post-Installation videos in accordance with Specification Section 13511 - TELEVISING AND INSPECTION. 9) Providing Record Drawings per Specification Section 01720 - CONTRACT CLOSE OUT indicating the actual length of liner pipe for each sewer run, actual diameter and depth of manholes lined, locations of point repairs made, materials utilized, date of installation, and date of final acceptance. |
