| Description | The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete North General Aviation Site Development and Pipe Ditches in FBO #2 Area project. Items of work include demolition of pavements and abandoned utilities; earthwork; bituminous roadway and parking pavement (NCDOT STD) over aggregate base course (NCDOT STD); concrete pavement (NCDOT STD) over aggregate base course (NCDOT STD); storm drainage pipe; pre-cast concrete drainage structures; water and sewer lines; chain link fencing and electronic gates; area lighting; and erosion and sediment control measures. Work will be outside the airfield security perimeter, except for placement of temporary barriers and fence removal and installation. MBE/DBE goals are 4.0% | ||||||||||||
