Provide design build services to construct parking on the south side of the Range Communications Facility, 49634 located on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. A. This invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Single Award Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract for the SLD at CCSFS, FL to construct 38 new parking spaces. B. NAICS CODE: 237310: Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. Small Business Size Standard: $39.5M. C. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204(d). D. The Duration of this Contract will be 135 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The number of days includes 30 Non-Access Days. E. This acquisition is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any offeror not meeting this criteria shall be deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award. F. SITE VISIT INFO: See Section L, Clause 52.236-27 for Date and Instructions. G. Certified Funds are not available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
