Cross Seminole Trail Phases I and II

Undertaking bicycle and pedestrian improvements starting at the intersection of CR 427 (Ronald Reagan Boulevard) and E. Church Avenue. Sidewalk and trail improvements are planned along E. Church Avenue, eastward to N. Grant Street, and then the project will follow N. Grant Street northward to approximately 150 feet north of the intersection of Grant Street and Quail Avenue. From this point the project will turn east and follow undeveloped right-of-way to Timocuan Way. The remainder of the project will follow Timocuan Way to the north and connect to the existing section of the Cross Seminole Trail on the south side of General Hutchinson Parkway. There will be bicycle share lane markings (Sharrows) placed from CR 427 along Church Ave and N. Grant St. all the way to the terminus at the Cross Seminole Trail except for the portion of proposed shared use trail from Candyland Park to the North end of N. Grant St.
