| Description | As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. There are no plans to rebid this in the near future. This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of WATER METER COMMUNICATIONS MODULES and associated equipment and parts. Each bidder must deposit bid security of (10%) ten percent of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, but not to exceed $20,000.00, payable to the MONROE TOWNSHIP UTILITY DEPARTMENT or M.T.U.D The M.T.U.D. reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves its interest. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. |
